The hotel is located in the basement of a Soviet style office building with no visible signage and is one of the best kept secrets in town. So take the hotel up on the offer to pick you up from the airport, since many taxi drivers can't even find the place! When you get there, do not be discouraged by its raggy exterior, book a room on the upper level for the best views.
